technical specifications
  1. The bidirectional power flow control and power factor improvement of AC/DC approach 100%, achieving green and energy-saving benefits.
  2. Replace braking resistors, reduce heat loss, save energy consumption and space costs.
  3. By using sine wave PWM control, a good sine wave current is generated, significantly reducing the current waveform of high-order harmonics.
  4. Compliant with IEEE STD.519-1992 standard - Total current harmonic distortion below 5%.
  5. Even in unstable power grids, the DC bus can maintain a constant voltage or current on the DC side.
  6. Support and connect multiple DC bus AC drivers, as shown in the following figure:
High energy efficiency
  1. Controllable DC voltage and unit power factor make the three-phase AC terminal approximate sine wave and low harmonic distortion. After using AFE2000, the harmonic distortion rate can be reduced to less than 5%, as shown in the following figure:
  2. Replace traditional dynamic brake resistor devices. Generally, traditional AC frequency converters drive motors that use high wattage brake resistors to absorb excessive feedback energy during motion or frequent braking, and convert it into thermal energy for dissipation. Solving the problem of load energy feedback but with poor efficiency, and adding additional hardware costs and space. After using the AFE2000 series, the energy feedback from the load does not need to be converted into heat energy and dissipated. Instead, the feedback energy can be fed back to the power grid, saving electricity, money, and being environmentally friendly, as shown in the following figure.
