Purpose and characteristics
Self operated electric control temperature regulating valve (suitable for larger diameters and thermal oil control), the biggest feature of this valve is that it only requires a regular 220V power supply, and uses the energy of the regulated medium to directly adjust and control the temperature of steam, hot water, hot oil, gas and other media. It can also be used to prevent overheating or heat exchange. The valve has a simple structure, easy operation, wide temperature control range, fast response time, reliable sealing performance, and can be adjusted freely during operation. Therefore, it is widely used in the hot water supply of chemical, petroleum, food, textile, hotel and restaurant departments.
Structure and Principle
The regulating valve consists of three parts: the main valve, the intelligent actuator, and the sensor. According to user needs, there are two types of structures: heating type and cooling type.
1. The structure and principle of the heating type regulating valve are shown in the attached diagram:
Before work, the main valve core is in the half open position and the sensor is in its natural state. Connect the power supply and fully open the main valve core. The medium flows into the main valve body in the direction of the arrow and heats the thermal storage tank through the valve core. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor generates a corresponding linear signal input to the integrated intelligent actuator, which then drives the valve stem and valve core to produce displacement, and closes the main valve core to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input to the actuator, which drives the Minxin to gradually open, causing the medium to flow into the heat storage tank according to parabolic characteristics and heat up to the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range, thus achieving the purpose of temperature control.
