One Product Overview
The ZY-UQZ float level gauge uniformly fixes the magnetic spring switch and resistor in a closed non-magnetic conduit. When the hollow and fixed floating ball with circular magnetic steel inside floats up and down along the conduit under the action of liquid buoyancy, the magnetic spring switch changes the resistance value of the circuit under the action of magnetic force. The analysis and processing components inside the circuit detect the change in resistance and convert it into a 4-20mA standard signal output to achieve continuous control of the liquid level. The smaller the gap between the magnetic spring switch and the uniformly distributed resistor, the higher the accuracy and the more precise the control. The unique circuit design and automatic temperature compensation make the product stable and reliable, and not affected by temperature. Combined with intelligent digital display instruments, it is convenient to achieve local or remote display of liquid level for centralized indication and observation. It can be widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, medicine, shipbuilding, military, power, food, water treatment, etc. for various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, boilers and other equipment to indicate and automatically control the position of the medium liquid level.
