ZY-SZD-A liquid level regulator is suitable for various boiler drum water level indications and positional control with a pressure of ≤ 2.5Mpa and a capacity of 0.5-6T/h. It can automatically or manually control the water pump to achieve water level control according to the liquid level. The on and off positions of the water pump can be set by users according to their actual needs, and the SZD-A liquid level regulator has high, low, and critical low sound and light alarms and alarm contact outputs. This series of instruments adopts a dual color light column display, which is beautiful and generous. The instrument thickness is only 160mm, suitable for water level control of various boilers such as electric boilers, steam boilers, and coal boilers. It can also be used in various wall mounted control boxes. One The main features of the liquid level regulator are: 1. Strong anti-interference ability, simple installation, no need for debugging, and intelligent human-machine dialogue for self adjustment. 2. This regulator can be freely set to automatically start and stop the pump according to user requirements, and the position of the pump switch can be freely set by the user within ± 50. 3. The LED display tube of this regulator has been increased to 40 positions, making the changes in liquid level clearer and achieving an accuracy of 2.5mm/position. 4. Three digital tubes have been added to make the observation of water level more precise, with a display accuracy of 1mm, changing the previous method of estimating water level only by observing LED displays. 5. Advanced fuzzy intelligent curve algorithm is used for water level sampling of the boiler, which shields the influence of boiler water surface fluctuations on sampling, making display and control more stable and ensuring safe operation of the boiler. Instrument panel opening size: 76mm ± 1mm × 152mm ± 1mm 4 The working principle of the liquid level regulator is that the inductive liquid level sensor that detects the liquid level sends the detected liquid level change signal to the input module of the regulator for detection, amplification, and fuzzy operation through microcontroller software to output a stable water level electrical signal. The LED display module is controlled step by step to display the real water level signal, and the liquid level self-control module is controlled to achieve automatic control of the boiler water level, ensuring that the boiler water level is controlled within a safe range. Simultaneously achieve multiple functions of boiler water level light column display and digital display. When the boiler water level is abnormal for some reason, such as high water level, low water level, or dangerous low water level, the safety control module system automatically sends out sound and light alarm signals, and the relay contacts output switch signals. High, low, and dangerous low alarm switch signals (relay contacts are normally open signals when leaving the factory). Five The installation and wiring of the liquid level regulator are shown in Figure (1) (please wire according to the actual instrument terminal diagram). 1. Install two DN25 shut-off valves between the sensor and the boiler for easy debugging and maintenance. During normal operation, both valves are open and the glass water level gauge on the other end of the sensor is connected. 2. The sensor should be installed perpendicular to the parallel line of the boiler liquid level, and the inclination should not exceed 2 º. Note: Sensors generally do not require the installation of a sewage pipeline. When discharging, it can be done through a water level gauge. 3. Secondary instruments should be installed in a location away from heat sources, convenient for monitoring operating conditions, and easy to operate and perform electrical maintenance. 4. When wiring, there are clear markings at the wiring terminals on the instrument panel, and users can simply follow the markings to connect the wires. VI Debugging and use of liquid level regulator: 1. Preparation work: (read the instruction manual carefully before debugging) 2. Check if the instrument wiring is correct. 3. Firstly, based on the scale on the boiler water level gauge, determine a middle water level line. A point 50mm above the middle water level line is identified as a high water level alarm point, a point 50mm below the middle water level line is identified as a low water level alarm point, and a point 75mm below the middle water level line is identified as a critical low water level alarm point. Mark it after confirmation. Note: Please calibrate the instrument after half an hour of power on, and place the instrument in manual mode before calibration. Start calibration (please follow the steps below) Step high alarm point calibration (note to be done manually): Manually raise the water level to the high water level alarm point, which is+50mm, and press the settings and keys on the panel for about 5 seconds. After a long beep, the system automatically confirms and saves this point as a high alarm point. Step 2: Low alarm point calibration (note to be done manually): Manually lower the water level to the low alarm point, which is -50mm, and press the settings and keys on the panel for about 5 seconds. After a long beep, the system automatically confirms and saves this point as the low alarm point. After the above steps, switch to automatic mode to start running automatically. Note 1. Simulate the actual operation and observe the water level once. The water level at each point can be put into use only after it is displayed correctly. Note 2: The water pump automatically controls the start and stop positions. The system defaults to ± 30mm, and the low risk alarm point defaults to -75. It is not recommended for users to make adjustments. When special situations require adjusting the position of the switch pump and the low risk alarm point, the following steps can be followed (already debugged before leaving the factory, it is not recommended to make adjustments). Please note to do it in manual mode: when restoring the factory settings, please note to do it in manual mode: press the mute button and let out a long beep for 5 seconds, and the system will confirm and restore the factory settings. After restoring the factory settings, the instrument needs to be re debugged. Only by aligning the instrument with the water level can it be put into operation.
