1、 Overview
The ZY-LC series elliptical gear flowmeter is a direct reading cumulative instrument, which is a volumetric flowmeter that measures the total flow rate of liquid flowing through pipelines. It can be widely used for flow measurement in sectors such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and health.
2、 Working principle
Under the action of the pressure difference between the liquid at the inlet and outlet of the instrument measurement room, a pair of elliptical gears continuously rotate on the shaft and discharge the liquid. By measuring the number of revolutions of the elliptical gears, the total value of the liquid flowing through the instrument can be determined.
3、 Instrument features
·High measurement accuracy, wide flow range, and good repeatability;
·Spiral rotor rotates uniformly, with minimal vibration and long lifespan;
·Not sensitive to changes in viscosity of the measured liquid, especially suitable for measuring liquids with high viscosity;
·Simple structure, small external dimensions, and light weight;
·Easy to install, there is no need to install a straight pipe section in front of the meter.
Working principle

1. Accuracy level: 0.5 level, 0.2 level (generally at -10 ℃~+60 ℃)
2. Applicable medium temperature: -20 ℃~+80 ℃, can reach up to 200 ℃ with the addition of a radiator
3. Explosion proof grade: ExiaIICT6
4. Measurement range: see Tables 1, 2, and 3
