The ZY-CSB-1000 wall mounted ultrasonic flowmeter utilizes the principle of low voltage and multi pulse time difference, and adopts high-precision and ultra stable dual balanced signal detection and differential reception digital detection technology to measure the sound wave transmission time in the forward and reverse directions, and calculate the flow velocity based on the time difference. It has a very simple installation method, without breaking pipes or stopping water, allowing customers to easily achieve flexible measurement of pipeline flow. The product can also be equipped with installation fixtures, which do not require daily maintenance and provide reliable, drift free measurements over the long term. It adopts advanced digital correlation technology and intelligent adaptive sound wave technology, which makes its measurement stability more outstanding. At the same time, its sound focusing technology significantly enhances the signal reception quality of the product during continuous measurement.

The wall mounted ultrasonic flowmeter is divided into two parts: one part is the meter head (wall mounted and portable or handheld), and the other part is the sensor.
1Bracket installation
Installing a magnetic bracket sensor on the outer wall of the pipeline can achieve flow measurement. No need to disconnect or cut off pipes, no pressure loss.
By selecting bracket sensors of different sizes, it is possible to measure the flow rate of DN15-DN100 (small)/DN50-DN300 (medium)/DN300-DN700 (large) pipelines.
The standard specification can measure temperatures ranging from -30 to 90 ℃, and a high-temperature external clamp sensor can be selected to achieve liquid flow measurement at temperatures ranging from -30 to 160 ℃.
2. External clamp installation
Installing a magnetic clip on sensor on the outer wall of the pipeline can achieve flow measurement. No need to disconnect or cut off pipes, no pressure loss.
By selecting external clamp sensors of different sizes, it is possible to measure the flow rate of DN15-DN100 (small)/DN50-DN700 (medium)/DN300-DN6000 (large) pipelines.
The standard specification can measure temperatures ranging from -30 to 90 ℃, and a high-temperature external clamp sensor can be selected to achieve liquid flow measurement at temperatures ranging from -30 to 160 ℃.
3Plug in installation
Installing a magnetic plug-in sensor on the outer wall of the pipeline can achieve flow measurement. No need to disconnect or cut off pipes, no pressure loss.
