ZY-2713 Frame Drop Test Machine
Purpose:
This experiment is conducted based on the installation method of the frame/front fork/drum. The test piece rotates freely on a vertical plane with the rear axle installation point as the center, and the front fork is supported on a flat iron platform to keep the frame in the normal position. A counterweight is fixed on the seat cushion straight pipe, so that its center of gravity falls on the axis of the straight pipe and is 75mm higher than the surface of the seat cushion transverse pipe. Starting from the axis of the transverse pipe, rotate the frame to make the center of gravity of the counterweight rotate vertically above the rear axle (or set another drop height), and then let the frame freely fall forward and hit the iron seat. Repeat the test to obtain two impacts.
