ZSWJ and PSWJ water jet vacuum units are widely used and effective vacuum acquisition equipment in various industries. 2、 The working principle of ZSWJ and PSWJ water jet vacuum units:
The ZSWJ and PSWJ water jet vacuum units utilize fluid to transfer energy and mass, without any mechanical moving parts. They consist of three parts: nozzle, suction chamber, and expansion tube. The working fluid with a certain pressure is ejected at high speed through the nozzle, and through energy conversion, a vacuum is formed in the outlet area of the nozzle, thereby attracting the pumped medium out. The two streams of medium are mixed in the expansion tube and finally discharged at slightly higher than atmospheric pressure. Due to the working medium being water and limited by saturated steam pressure, the ultimate vacuum of the first stage water jet vacuum pump can only reach 23mmHg (3066pa).

6、 Instructions for using ZSWJ and PSWJ water jet vacuum units:
1. The equipment should be placed indoors as much as possible. If it is placed outdoors, a sunshade and rainproof canopy should be built to avoid direct sunlight and rain, and shorten the service life of the equipment.
2. Water jet pumps can be installed at low or high positions, and can be installed vertically or horizontally. The flange connection should be sealed and not leak. A 3mm rubber plate should be placed between the flanges, and its inner diameter should not be smaller than the flange diameter.
3. When installed vertically, the outlet of the water jet pump must be connected to a straight pipe with the same specifications as the outlet flange diameter, about 1 meter long. The tail pipe of the horizontal unit has already been connected when it leaves the factory.
4. The unit should be placed on a concrete floor, and the connecting pipeline between the suction port and the container to be pumped should be as short as possible. The diameter of the pipeline should not be smaller than the specification of the suction port, otherwise it will affect the pumping volume.
5. During the operation of the unit, the centrifugal pump and the suction of high-temperature medium can cause the working water temperature to rise and reduce the working vacuum degree. Cooling water should be continuously injected for replacement, and cooling plates or tube condensers can also be installed in the water tank for cooling.
