Detailed Introduction
The ZSQ pneumatic piston cut-off valve adopts a top guide structure, with a compact valve body structure and an S-shaped fluid channel. The pressure drop loss is small and the flow flux is large. The valve seat closing performance meets the GB/T4213-92 standard and is equipped with a single or double acting piston actuator. The actuator receives a higher gas supply pressure than the diaphragm actuator, thus having a greater output force. Cut off valves receive signals from regulating instruments to cut off, open, or change the flow direction of the medium, achieving automatic control of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, or liquid level. They are more suitable for use in high-temperature and high-pressure environments that require high reliability and closing performance.
This valve is suitable for the inlet and outlet of storage tanks in liquefied petroleum gas storage and distribution stations, and can also be used for the gas-liquid phase inlet and outlet ends of unloading pipes. In emergency situations, the valve uses compressed oil for remote and rapid operation control. Closing the inlet and outlet can ensure the safety, ease of use, and no pollution of the storage and transportation system.
