Working principle
The machine consists of three main parts: a mesh box, a vibration source, and a shock absorber. The vibration frame is connected to the edge of the screen box, and there are 4-12 sets of soft rubber shock absorbers fixed up and down to generate centrifugal force. The shock absorbers control the floating amplitude so that the material can be layered and sieved downwards, thereby achieving the required optimal working requirements. This machine can smoothly screen materials with high fiber content, high viscosity, and high humidity that are prone to clogging the mesh.
