Product Introduction

The paste filling machine is an automatic filling system composed of precision pneumatic components using cam mechanical motion as power. This machine belongs to linear filling. The bottle body enters through the conveyor belt, and the electric eye detects the bottle body. When the bottle body touches the bottle stopper railing, it is in place. After the inlet bottle stopper railing positions the bottle body, the plunger quantitative cylinder fills the paste into the bottle. After filling is completed, the bottle stopper railing retreats, allowing the already filled bottle body to be sent out by the conveyor belt, completing one filling. Repeat the automatic homework cycle.

This machine has a protective function during operation. When there is a lack of empty bottles or empty bottles do not enter the machine, the electric eye at the inlet detects a signal and the filling will automatically pause.

When the subsequent process is congested and the filled bottle cannot be sent out, and the signal is detected by the electric eye at the outlet, the filling will automatically pause.

The host automatically returns to its initial state, and after manual confirmation, the program can be restarted.
