ØOpen the oil drum filling hole cover, insert the bucket pump and twist it. Input oil pipe one
ØRemove the pressure reducing valve adjustment knob from the locking position (i.e. backward) and connect the air pipe
ØOpen the air outlet valve (or pipeline valve) of the air compressor to allow compressed air to pass through the air pipe
Scope of use
This pneumatic bucket pump is powered by compressed air and is used to extract various liquids from the container,Suitable for flammable, explosive, and highly volatile oils and solvents, it is lightweight and convenient,
Safety precautions
Due to the pneumatic principle used in this product, compressed air must be injected into the barrel before the liquid can be extracted. The higher the pressure, the faster the extraction speed. However, the pressure resistance inside the barrel is high, and excessive pressure can cause the barrel to burst. Therefore, when using a pneumatic barrel pump, the following requirements must be strictly followed.
1. The pressure resistance of the storage tank using this plunger pump must be higher than the working pressure of this plunger pump3Twice.
2. Before use, the safety valve should be checked for flexibility (by pulling the retaining ring for inspection), and the pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be expressed to0.03MPaThe safety valve should work (i.e. the small hole should be vented), and if there is any abnormality, it should be stopped and repaired.
3. When using, strictly follow the instructions in this manual and the "Instructions for Use" steps. Pay special attention to the pressure gauge pointer of the pressure reducing valve not exceeding0.025MPaTo avoid accidents. If the pressure is too high, turn the pressure reducing valve adjustment knob counterclockwise in a timely manner, or pull the safety valve ring to reduce the pressure.
4. When using, do not knock the bucket pump randomly to avoid air leakage or pressure relief valve failure, and safety valve loss of control causing accidents.
5. Pressure gauges should be regularly calibrated according to measurement requirements.
