It can replace manual operation and relieve the unsafe factors and harsh working environment conditions of operators in various industries during the transportation of corrosive media or viscous liquids. Pneumatic slurry pumps can be used for fluid transportation, injection, and evacuation. The feeding part of this product is made of stainless steel structure, and the air source interface adopts a quick installation joint, reducing the trouble for operators when dismantling or installing.

Usage
1. First, correctly place the guide tube into the material bucket to be conveyed.
2. Connect the corrosion-resistant hose to the discharge port and connect it to the feeding location.
3. The intake valve is in the closed state, then connect the air source pipe to the intake valve joint, and open the intake valve according to the required slurry flow rate to adjust the operating frequency of the throttle slurry pump, and it can start working.
Maintenance
1. During the use of pneumatic slurry pumps, collision and impact on the cylinder body should be avoided to prevent deformation, resulting in blockage and jamming, which can lead to scrapping
2. After running the piston for more than one million times, the cylinder body should be cleaned and coated with 30 # lubricating oil according to the water accumulation during the air supply process of the air compressor.
3. If not used for a long time, it should be cleaned in a solvent to prevent the slurry from freezing and blocking the guide pipe.
