ZMAX (Q) series thin film three-way pneumatic regulating valveAdopting a dual valve core up and down guiding structure, equipped with a multi spring actuator, the valve body is a four-way structure, namely one inlet and two outlets (diversion type), and two inlets and one outlet (merging type), so as to achieve the effect of fluid mixing heating or cooling, or uneven distribution of fluids, meeting the requirements of different working conditions. This valve body has the advantages of compact structure, light interior, sensitive action, low pressure drop loss, high allowable pressure, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy maintenance. It can be used in various working conditions, especially suitable for temperature control systems of heat exchangers in the petroleum industry and automation control in other industries. There are various types of this valve, including the combined (split) flow ordinary type and the combined (split) flow high-temperature type. The nominal pressure rating of the product includes PN1.6, 4.0, and 6.4; The nominal diameter range of the valve body is DN25~400; There are leakage levels of II and IV; The flow characteristics are straight lines and equal percentages. Multiple varieties and specifications are available for selection.
