The ZE chemical process pump is designed according to API610 Designed according to API682 specifications. The pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever volute pump, with the pump body supported by the centerline. Axial suction, radial discharge. Axial force is balanced hydraulically using front and rear mouth rings and balance holes. Mechanical seals can be of single or double end balanced container type. Mechanical seals are equipped with cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid systems, and the sealed piping system is designed according to API specifications. The maximum working pressure is 5.0MPa. The suction and discharge flanges can comply with GB standards Designed according to DIN and ANSI standards. FEATURES The ZE chemical process pump pipeline is designed according to API standard specifications and can cool the pump support of the center support. When the temperature T ≤ 200 ℃, the bearing frame does not need to be cooled; When the temperature T>200 ℃, the bearing frame is cooled by air or water. The pump cover has cooling or heating pipe joints, and the shaft seal adopts single or double end mechanical seal, equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing liquid system. The stainless steel materials are 304, 304L, 316, 316L CD-4MCu、 904、904L、 Hastelloy alloy, maximum working pressure: 5.0MPa, temperature: -80 ℃~+450 ℃, flow rate: 3-2600m3/h, head: 3-260m, speed: 1450-2900r/min. Purpose ZE chemical process pumps are suitable for transporting clean or small particle containing liquids, as well as low temperature, high temperature, neutral, and corrosive liquids.
