Hard tooth surface reducers are produced according to the national standard (Gb19004-88), mainly including four series: ZDY (single-stage), ZLY (two-stage), ZSY (three-stage), and ZFY (four stage).
Performance characteristics:
1. The center distance and transmission ratio have been optimized, and the main components and parts have good interchangeability.
2. The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel that has been carburized and quenched, with a hardness of HRC58-62.
3. Small size, light weight, high precision, large load-bearing capacity, long service life, high reliability, smooth transmission, and low noise.
4. Generally, oil pool lubrication and natural cooling are used. When the thermal power cannot be met, circulating oil lubrication or fan and cooling coil cooling can be used.
