The model is ZCZG ZCZH, which is a pilot direct acting solenoid valve. It has a wide range of universal media and can be used for fluids such as water, light oil, heavy oil, non corrosive gases, and steam. For example, it is mainly used in the drainage system of power station exhaust pipelines and the exhaust system of evaporators to perform dual position automatic adjustment and remote control of the media in the pipelines.

Features: High temperature resistance: Adopting a metal hard seal, which increases the operating temperature. Wear resistant: The material selection is reasonable, and the valve cup and guide sleeve cleverly utilize the lubrication effect of the fluid to reduce wear.
■ Working principle
When the electromagnetic iron of the solenoid valve is energized, the connecting rod is lifted, which drives the shaft to rotate and opens the auxiliary valve. Due to the opening of the auxiliary valve, the pressure fluid in the upper part of the main valve cup is discharged, so the pressure in the lower part of the main valve cup is higher than that in the upper part, which pushes the main valve cup upwards. After the main valve is opened, the upper and lower pressures are equal, and the valve cup is placed in a balanced state under the action of electromagnetic force and upper and lower pressure, and the valve is opened. When the power is cut off, under the self weight of the armature and the action of the return spring, the auxiliary valve is closed. After the auxiliary valve is closed, the pressure on the upper part of the main valve cup rises and presses the main valve cup down, achieving the function of cutoff sealing, and the valve is closed.

■ Installation
1. When installing, the solenoid valve coil should be facing upwards and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline and should not be installed in areas with splashing or leaking water.
2. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. The dirt and filters on the surface of the solenoid valve components should be cleaned regularly.
3. When the solenoid valve malfunctions, it is best to install a bypass device (as shown in Figure 1) in order to isolate the solenoid valve in a timely manner and ensure the normal operation of the system.
4. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch should be smaller than that of the main pipeline valve (as shown in Figure 2).
5. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly. It is recommended to install a filter in front of the valve and a drain valve in the steam pipeline.
6. The valve should not be installed in a low concave part of the pipeline to avoid hindering its operation due to the sedimentation of steam condensate, impurities, etc. inside the valve.
7. Cannot be used in explosive hazardous environments.
8. In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended to fix the pipeline in front of the valve with a bracket to prevent vibration caused by the operation of the solenoid valve.
9. Before installation, pay attention to the product label, carefully read the user manual, and determine whether the product meets the usage conditions.
10. Pressure gauges need to be installed on the pipelines before and after the solenoid valve to observe the pipeline pressure.

■ Maintenance
1. It is recommended to have professional personnel responsible for use and maintenance.
2. After the installation of the solenoid valve, it needs to be tested several times with the medium and confirmed to be normal before it can be put into formal use.
3. Regularly clean the dirt inside and outside the valve and the suction surface, and be careful not to damage the sealing surface.
4. When the solenoid valve is not in use for a long time, the manual valve in front of the valve should be closed. When it is restarted, the steam solenoid valve should drain the condensed water and perform several trial operations. It can only be put into use after the switch is normal.
5. When the solenoid valve is removed from the pipeline and not in use, the interior and parts should be wiped clean and stored with compressed air.
6. When used for a long time, if the sealing between the piston and the valve seat is not good, the sealing surface of the piston can be re ground flat and then ground with the valve seat.
7. When working, pay attention to the pressure gauges before and after the valve, and ensure that the working pressure does not exceed the rated pressure. The working pressure difference must be within the rated pressure difference range. When the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure or the working pressure difference exceeds the rated pressure difference, the solenoid valve should be stopped and the front and rear manual valves should be closed to prevent the solenoid valve from exploding and leaking.
