2、 Performance indicators 2.1 Performance indicators of dust online detector 1. Measurement accuracy: 0.1 μ g/m3; 2. Sampling period: 1-10 minutes (adjustable), default 10 minutes; 3. Direct reading of dust quality concentration: (0.01-100mg/m3); 4. Gas sampling flow rate: 16.7L/min (adjustable from 0-20L/min); 5. Input power supply: 100-240VAC, 50-60Hz; 6. The data acquisition system components adopt industrial grade, low-power, and high stability hardware, and the device interface needs to meet the actual instrument and equipment requirements. It supports the input of RS232/RS485/RS422 signals and the export of collected data to mobile storage devices; 2. Working temperature: -40 ℃ to+70 ℃; 3. Working humidity: ≤ 85%; 4. The monitoring data can be synchronously transmitted to the central server through an industrial grade 3G communication module; 5. The noise and dust signals, as well as the five meteorological elements (wind speed, wind direction, temperature and humidity, air pressure) information, are dynamically displayed in real-time on the video surveillance screen. When the exceeding value is reached, the equipment automatically captures pictures and uploads them to the monitoring center. The video and data are automatically saved in the front end of the equipment when powered on. |
