Product Introduction
This series is a hard supported horizontal dynamic balancing machine, which adopts roller support, universal joint drive, dual speed motor speed regulation, microcomputer measurement, color screen indication of unbalance value, angle and real-time speed. It is widely used in industries such as electric motors, blowers, diesel engines, automobiles, etc. It can be used for balance measurement on single-sided, double-sided, and multiple calibration surfaces, suitable for shaft type, disc type, and center of gravity extended rotors. The software has the characteristics of high efficiency, accurate precision, intuitive display, reliable quality, and convenient maintenance. It has two calibration functions for ordinary workpieces and standard rotors, overcoming the shortcomings of other hard support balancing machine measurement systems where users find it difficult to calibrate the equipment themselves. There are multiple measurement methods and functions to choose from, which can realize parameter input, preview, testing, result storage, and printing. The operation adopts a menu structure, human-machine dialogue, and automatic prompts.
