Structural characteristics
- The "Xineng" brand fuel steam organic heat carrier boiler (heat transfer oil boiler) is divided into two structural types: YYL (vertical) and YYW (horizontal).
- The heat exchange surface of the boiler adopts a spiral packed coil structure and a three pass flue gas structure. Optimization of spatial heat transfer intensity and enhancement of convective heat transfer.
- The heating surface is composed of double-layer or multi-layer spiral closely arranged coils. The inner coil is the combustion radiation heat exchange surface, and the gap between the inner coil and the middle coil or outer coil forms the hot flue gas heat exchange surface.
