Structural characteristics
- The YLW series organic heat carrier furnace is a square box assembled forced circulation chain grate boiler. The boiler is composed of an upper body (or upper body+lower body) and a lower grate, which are combined on site.
- The heating surface of the boiler body is equipped with single or double furnace closely arranged square coil rear force serpentine convective heat exchange tubes.
- The tail end is equipped with an air preheater, steam waste heat boiler, and hot water economizer based on the user's residual heat usage for waste heat recovery, reducing exhaust gas temperature, improving boiler thermal efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, and saving energy.
- According to the characteristics of the fuel, the convective heat exchange section of the boiler adopts measures such as high and low staggered arrangement, widening the spacing, and arranging blowing and cleaning devices to reduce boiler ash accumulation and improve boiler efficiency.
- The boiler adopts high-quality insulation materials and special construction technology, with good insulation effect.
- The docking of boiler heating surface tubes requires fully automatic gas shielded welding technology and equipment, which can perform 100% real-time X-ray online detection welding. The welding quality is stable and reliable.
- Large boilers adopt segmented integration and on-site assembly. High integration, quick and convenient on-site installation.

1. Efficient and energy-saving
- The radiant heat section adopts a double packed coil structure, and the convective heat exchange section adopts an S-shaped multi pass heat exchange, with an air preheater installed at the tail.
- Install high-efficiency air preheaters or steam/hot water energy-saving products at the tail of the boiler to absorb heat, reduce exhaust gas temperature, improve thermal efficiency, and reduce fuel consumption for energy conservation.
- The grate and arch are specially designed, and the air chamber can independently adjust the air position. The coal combustion is uniform and sufficient, and the adaptability of the medium is wide.
- The boiler uses high-quality insulation materials and special construction techniques, resulting in minimal heat loss.
- Combining industrial automation control technology, Internet technology, computer software and artificial intelligence technology, the Internet of Things platform for industrial boilers can be established, which can realize remote human-computer interaction and data sharing, and realize dynamic control.
2. Suitable for safe and reliable operation
- The heating surface of the main body adopts dense coil pipes, with sufficient arrangement of heating surfaces, effectively reducing the surface heat load of the pipes, and making the use of thermal oil medium safer.
- The medium flow is reasonable, and the heat transfer oil is from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The medium gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace and can be easily discharged from the system.
- The furnace heat exchange surface adopts double packed coil pipes, and the heating surface is fully arranged, resulting in rapid load increase and large residual load.
- The boiler operation adopts remote and near ground multi control, with complete automatic control and monitoring instruments.
- The tail convective heat transfer section adopts a special anti ash structure design and is equipped with a blowing device, which operates without ash accumulation and has high heat transfer efficiency.
3. According to local plutonium protection requirements, appropriate flue gas treatment equipment is configured for environmental protection, and flue gas emissions meet environmental protection requirements.
