Structural characteristics

  • The YLL/YGL series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation chain grate/fixed furnace boiler. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower grate/fixed furnace, which are assembled on site.
  • The heating surface of the boiler body adopts tightly arranged circular coils, consisting of two layers of tightly arranged circular tubes on the inner and outer sides. The gap between coils is adapted to the fuel, reducing ash accumulation.
  • The docking of boiler heating surface tubes requires fully automatic gas shielded welding technology and equipment, which can be 100% real-time X-ray online detection. The welding quality is stable and reliable.
  • The boiler is fully assembled, with a compact structure, small footprint, and short installation cycle.

1. Efficient and energy-saving

  • The heat exchange surface of the furnace body adopts a dense coil structure, and the flue gas has S-shaped multi pass heat exchange, with high heat transfer coefficient and high thermal efficiency.
  • Install high-efficiency air preheaters or steam/hot water energy-saving products at the rear of the boiler to absorb heat, reduce exhaust gas temperature, improve thermal efficiency, and reduce fuel consumption.
  • The boiler uses high-quality insulation materials and special construction techniques, resulting in minimal heat loss.
  • Special design of grate and arch, independent adjustment of air volume, uniform and sufficient coal combustion, and wide adaptability of coal types.
  • In combination with industrial automation control technology, Internet technology, computer software and artificial intelligence technology, the Internet of Things platform for industrial boilers can be established, which can realize remote human-computer interaction and data sharing, and realize automatic control.

  • The heating surface of the main body adopts dense coil pipes, with sufficient arrangement of heating surfaces, effectively reducing the surface heat load of the pipes, and making the use of thermal oil medium safer.
  • The medium flow is reasonable, and the heat transfer oil goes from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The medium gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace and can be easily discharged from the system.
  • The top of the furnace is arranged with a dense arrangement of coil pipes and a damp arch design to prevent the furnace from burning out and to ensure a long continuous service life.
  • The boiler operation adopts remote and near ground multi parameter monitoring, with complete automatic control and monitoring instruments.

3. According to local environmental protection requirements, appropriate flue gas treatment equipment should be configured, and flue gas emissions should meet environmental protection requirements.
