Product Introduction
This series is a single-sided vertical balancing machine, which is suitable for dynamic balance calibration of disc-shaped rotating parts on one side. It is an ideal equipment for dynamic balance calibration of disc-shaped parts such as fan blades, ventilation fan blades, Hongyun fan blades, vacuum cleaner blades, car flywheels, clutches, brake discs, etc. Simply replace the fixture for installing the workpiece to perform balance correction on various workpieces. This machine uses an industrial control computer and is equipped with an industrial control cabinet to form a balancing machine system with the mechanical part, which is convenient for parameter storage, printing, high system testing accuracy, reliable use, easy maintenance, and more advanced than other testing systems. The automatic tracking filter circuit and system computer manufactured using advanced integrated circuits from abroad have greatly improved the integration level of electrical appliances. All the front-end circuits are integrated on a 10cm × 10cm signal processing board, while the rest are composed of system computer software and high-speed A/D data acquisition cards. The modular design and highly integrated circuit are the significant features of this machine. The software interface design is user-friendly and can store over 100 rotor parameters. When measuring, simply enter the rotor type number to enter the measurement program. The screen displays the size and phase angle of the imbalance, real-time speed, rotor number, Chinese character prompts for operation steps, real-time display of signal status and addition/removal status, etc.
