This machine adopts a horizontal three beam and four column structure, with an extended slider guide length and a slider bearing device installed to improve the anti eccentric load capacity and effectively ensure the parallelism between the slider and the center of the base;The horizontal movement of the slider is guided by four columns, and the slider is connected to the end face of the piston rod with a spherical flexible connection. A load-bearing dovetail guide device is installed at the bottom of the slider, effectively overcoming the fatigue and wear of the oil cylinder seal caused by the horizontal movement of the piston rod. Its height is adjustable;
★ The work stroke control adopts a stroke switch (to overcome the dust and high temperature in the working environment), which improves the reliability of stroke control and facilitates the adjustment of stroke position;
