This series of hydraulic presses adopts computer optimized design, and the body can adopt frame or four column structure;
★ The hydraulic control adopts a plug-in valve integrated system, which is reliable in action, has a long service life, small hydraulic impact, and reduces the connection pipeline and leakage point;
★ Independent electrical control system, PLC control, reliable working sensitivity;
★ Adopting button centralized control, with two operation modes: adjustment and single cycle with both hands;
★ By selecting through the mobile operation panel, two molding processes can be achieved: fixed stroke and fixed pressure. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process needs;
★ Ordinary control system or servo control system can be selected.

This series of hydraulic presses is mainly suitable for cold and hot forming and pressing of various pressure vessel heads, and can also be used for processes such as bulging, folding, and leveling of thick and thin steel plates.
