The Y8-39/Y9-38 series boiler centrifugal induced draft fans are high-efficiency and energy-saving products designed jointly by the fan energy-saving group of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and national fan industry experts to enable industrial boilers to work in the high-efficiency zone during variable operating conditions. They are promoted by the National Economic Commission and the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and have the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, and wide high-efficiency zone.
This fan is suitable for use in 0.5-35t/h industrial boilers equipped with economizers (preheaters) and smoke and dust removal devices. Anyone with similar intake conditions and suitable performance can be selected, but the maximum air temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃
A dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, reduce the wear and tear of the fan caused by smoke and dust, and improve the service life of the fan.
Fan Type
1. This fan is designed for single suction, with thirteen machine numbers including No.4, No.5, No.5.6, No.6.3, No.7.1, No.8, No.9, No.10, No.11.2, No.12.5, No.14, and No.16.
2. This fan can be made in two forms: clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation. When the fan is viewed from the transmission part, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it becomes a right cyclone fan, represented by the right, and vice versa, it is called a left cyclone fan, represented by the left.
3. The position of the air outlet is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing, which can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 ° on both sides.
Structure and characteristics
Y8-39/Y9-38 fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, regulating door and other components.
Impeller - made of 16Mn material, with long and short alternately curved blades in the forward direction, welded between the arc-shaped conical front plate and the flat plate rear plate. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes strict static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed operation experiments, making it stable and reliable.
2. Shell - welded into a snail shaped whole with steel plates, with a dust cleaning door on the socket plate to facilitate the removal of dust accumulation inside the blades and shell, ensuring the balance and aerodynamic performance of the impeller.
3. Air inlet - made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to one side of the fan with bolts.
4. Transmission group - composed of main shaft, water-cooled bearing box, and coupling.
The spindle is made of high-quality steel and uses rolling bearings. The bearing housing comes in two forms: integral and split. № 4~6.3 adopt integral bearing box; № 7.1-16 adopts split type bearing boxes, and both types of bearing boxes require water cooling. The water consumption varies depending on the working temperature and ambient temperature, and is generally considered to be 0.5m3/h-1m3/h. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and oil level indicator. The bearing box uses No. 30 mechanical oil, and the refueling amount is implemented according to the requirements of the oil label.
5. Regulating door - used to adjust the flow rate of the fan. The regulating door is petal shaped and installed axially in front of the air inlet. It adopts an external transmission structure, which is flexible and convenient to rotate. The adjustment range is from 90 ° (fully closed) to 0 ° (fully open). Adjust the position of the door panel handle. When looking at the right side from the direction of the air inlet, for the right rotating fan, push the handle from bottom to top to move from fully closed to fully open. For the left rotating fan, pull the handle from top to bottom to move from fully closed to fully open.
In order to ensure the normal operation of all parts of the regulating door, lubrication must be guaranteed. Due to the high temperature of the induced draft fan, high-temperature (260 ℃) lubricating grease is used to ensure lubrication even during high-temperature operation.
