Product Introduction: This series of hydraulic presses is mainly used for punching, stretching, and bending forming in metal sheets, and also has the conventional functions of general hydraulic presses, with a wide range of applications
The characteristics of this series of hydraulic machine tools are:
1. There is a hydraulic pad cylinder installed under the base for stretching and edge pressing
2. According to user needs, a feeding cylinder can be installed in the center of the slider for demolding after workpiece pressing and forming
3. The slider stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily within the specified range through limit switches, thus meeting the needs of working at different stretching depths
4. The magnitude of the edge pressure can be adjusted within the specified range by adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic pad cylinder through the DB10/20 pilot relief valve
5. The hydraulic pad cylinder can be used as a single acting press by turning off the switch The pressure is adjusted and controlled by an electric contact pressure gauge
6. The oil system pressure is regulated within the specified range by the DBW10/20 pilot relief valve to adjust the total system pressure
