The XTPW pneumatic bellows sealed single seat regulating valve is a variant product of the XTP single seat regulating valve, while the XBMW pneumatic bellows sealed sleeve simple regulating valve is a variant product of the XBM sleeve regulating valve. They are composed of a pneumatic multi spring thin film actuator and bellows sealed valve components. The bellows is welded to the valve core, valve stem, and other specialized components to separate the medium from the packing box; In case the corrugated pipe ruptures, there is still packing as a second seal; So it has a dual sealing structure, effectively preventing the medium from leaking outwards. The characteristics of this product are:
1. XTPW pneumatic bellows sealed single seat regulating valve When closed, there is less leakage but greater imbalance, making it suitable for situations with small pressure differentials and strict leakage requirements.
2. XBMW pneumatic bellows sealing sleeve simple regulating valve adopts a balanced valve core, which has a small unbalanced force and allows for a larger pressure; But the leakage rate is larger than that of a single seat valve, which is suitable for working conditions with large pressure differences and low requirements for leakage levels.
3. The bellows sealing component has an anti rotation structure to prevent twisting and damaging the bellows components, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Based on the above characteristics, this product is particularly suitable for dry control of toxic, harmful, valuable, volatile, radioactive special media, or vacuum pipelines.
