XM-60 is a laser measurement system that can simultaneously measure errors in 6 degrees of freedom along the linear axis with just one setup. It has powerful diagnostic tools that can measure all geometric errors of the axis in one acquisition.

For users who perform space compensation, XM-60 provides them with a fast and accurate method to obtain the required data set. All measurements are optical measurements and can be performed in any direction.
