Functional features:
This instrument is a micro Vickers hardness tester, which combines an industrial tablet computer with the hardness tester. All the parameters required for testing are selected on the tablet computer, and the touch screen operation is convenient and fast, with clear and intuitive display.
The built-in CCD image acquisition system can directly display dynamic indentation images on the tablet, lock the images and automatically measure the Vickers hardness value, with high measurement accuracy and stable performance, avoiding human operation errors.
The hardness tester is fully functional.
1. Integrated design of hardness tester and computer. Equipped with the Windows 7 operating system, it has all the functions of a computer and can be connected to external output devices such as monitors and printers.
2. Automatic recognition and switching between objective lens and indenter.
3. The lifting screw adopts a worm gear structure for smooth transmission.
4. Manually select the test force, and the process of loading/holding/unloading the test force is automatically completed.
5. Equipped with a built-in CCD image automatic measurement system, the indentation display is clear and intuitive, and the hardness value is automatically measured.
6. It has a hardness scale conversion function, which can be used to convert between different hardness scales.
7. Automatically record measurement data, generate hardness depth curves, and save them as WORD documents.
8. Digital cross test bench for more accurate measurement, optional X-Y automatic test bench for automated micro Vickers hardness testing.
Application scope:
Black metal, non-ferrous metal, IC sheet, surface coating, laminated metal; Glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, thin plastics, etc; Hardness testing of depth and gradient of carbonization layer and quenching hardening layer.
