The XFK flotation machine can be used for gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel, aluminum, potassium feldspar, quartz, as well as other non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials.
Application scope
The XFK flotation machine is widely used for coarse and fine selection in flotation operations of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic mineral beneficiation plants.
Advantages and characteristics
1. The impeller is equipped with backward tilting double-sided blades, which can achieve dual circulation of slurry in the tank.
2. It has the ability of self-priming air and slurry, horizontal configuration, and does not need foam pump.
3. It is equipped with liquid level automatic control and electric control device, so the foam is highly refined, thus improving the flotation effect.
4. The speed around the impeller circle is low, the wear prone parts have a long service life, the gap between the impeller and the cover plate is large, and the suction volume is large.
product mix
The XFK flotation machine is mainly composed of rotor, guide impeller, compartment plate, scraper, scraper drive and other parts.
When the XFK flotation machine is working, the slurry in the upper and lower impeller chambers generates centrifugal force under the action of the upper and lower blades and is thrown around, forming a negative pressure zone in the upper and lower impeller chambers. At the same time, the slurry on the upper part of the cover plate is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the circulation hole on the cover plate, forming upward circulation of the slurry. When the lower blade throws out the slurry in all directions, the lower slurry replenishes towards the center, thus forming a downward circulation of the slurry. And the air is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the suction pipe and the central cylinder, mixed with the sucked slurry, forming a large number of small bubbles. After stabilizing the flow through the cover plate, they are evenly dispersed in the groove, forming mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles float up to the foam layer and are scraped out by the scraper, which is the foam product.
