
One overview
The XBMC pneumatic high-performance sleeve control valve consists of a pneumatic thin film multi spring actuator and a sleeve valve with a sealing ring on the valve internals. Its characteristics are as follows:
(1) The flow channel of the valve is linear, with low resistance loss, larger flow capacity than commonly used double seat valves, and a larger adjustable range.
(2) There are three rated flow coefficients in the same caliber, each with two flow characteristics, making it highly adaptable. If you need to change the rated flow coefficient or flow holding capacity, simply replace one sleeve to achieve it. The valve internals do not have a threaded fixing structure, making disassembly easy
(3) Sleeve guidance, good stability; Adopting a pressure balanced valve core, it has strong resistance to pressure differences,
(4) An elastic sealing ring is used between the valve core and the sleeve, which utilizes the force of the medium pressure difference to make the sealing ring tightly adhere to the wall, greatly reducing leakage; When closed, the valve core is only tightly pressed against one valve seat, so the leakage level of the valve reaches level IV.
(5) Has a low-noise anti cavitation structure that can significantly reduce noise levels; It can effectively prevent cavitation of liquids: Due to the above characteristics, this product is suitable for situations with large dry pressure difference, low leakage requirements, and low temperature.

It is equipped with a reaction type dynamic thin film multi spring actuator, and the upper valve cover is an extended type with a nominal diameter of DN125
2XBMCN 600 # B-DN100. Refers to a high-performance sleeve regulating valve with a sealing ring for valve internals and a low noise anti cavitation structure, with a nominal pressure of Class600; The working mode is air tight, equipped with a positive acting pneumatic thin film multi spring actuator bucket, and the upper valve cover is of standard type with a nominal diameter of DN100.
