
1、 Overview
The XANJ pneumatic film jacket double seat regulating valve is a modified product of the XAN pneumatic film double seat regulating valve. It consists of a pneumatic film multi spring actuator and a double seat valve wrapped with an insulation jacket. Its feature is to weld a jacket outside the valve body, forming a cavity with the outer walls of the valve body and upper valve cover. The jacket has inlet and outlet ports for steam or other media to flow through, ensuring that the medium flowing through the valve body is maintained within the current temperature range. The characteristics of this product are:
1. The unbalanced force of the two valve cores is basically offset, and the unbalanced force is relatively small, with a stronger pressure resistance ability than a single seat valve; But the leakage is greater than that of a single seat valve.
2. Control the medium entering the jacket to stabilize the temperature of the medium inside the valve.
3. The valve seat is fixed with threads, with a simple structure and easy maintenance.
Equipped with a pneumatic thin film multi elastic actuator, it has a high output force, a compact product structure, and a low price; This product is used to ensure the stability of the medium inside the valve within a certain temperature range, so that the medium does not crystallize, solidify, or vaporize, or to ensure the flow viscosity of the medium. It is an automatic control system with low requirements for leakage levels.
