Untreated sewage first enters the aeration zone and is fully mixed with microbubbles. The microbubbles carry solid suspended solids to the water surface during their ascent. The scraper runs along the liquid surface to scrape the suspended solids onto a tilted metal plate, and then pushes them into the sludge discharge pipe trough. They flow into the sludge collector through the sludge discharge pipe trough, with a scraper power of only 0.5 kW. This negative pressure effect causes wastewater to flow back from the bottom of the tank to the aeration zone, and then return to the air flotation section. This process ensures that air flotation continues without any inflow. The processing capacity of this equipment is 5-500m/hour, and the processing cost is around 0.3 yuan/ton of wastewater.

2. During the break in period, if the plastic chain becomes loose, it should be tightened in a timely manner to prevent the chain from climbing and damaging the scraper.
3. Lubricate the rolling bearings inside the bearing seats at the top and bottom of the aerator every six months. Take out the aerator, remove the sealing screws on the two bearing seats, add grease with a grease gun, seal with glass glue after adding enough, and replace the screws.
