Product Features

1. Economic viability

① Compared with mechanical expansion and filler damping, rubber joints occupy less space, are lightweight, easy to install and disassemble, save labor, and have lower costs.

② For the same maximum capacity, there is no need to increase the pump and pipe diameter. The rubber joint has a smooth inner wall, reducing fluid resistance and not damaging the pipe body.

③ It has good water tightness and does not require padding during installation.

④ Wide applicability: Choosing different rubber formulas to make the product have various properties such as wear resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, temperature resistance, ozone resistance, etc.

⑤ Wide temperature resistance range: A reasonable formula (material) can make the product's temperature resistance range reach -40~260 ℃.

⑥ Long service life: This product can generally be used indoors for more than 10 years.

2. Displacement property

Good elasticity, with good adaptability to compression, stretching, twisting, deflection, vertical displacement, etc., preventing damage to the pipeline system caused by thermal expansion and contraction deformation or uneven settlement of the foundation.

3. Vibration reduction and sound absorption

① The sphere is made of rubber material with high damping, which can effectively buffer vibrations, suppress and reduce mechanical vibrations, and absorb fluid impact noise.

② Reasonable installation between vibrating machinery and metal pipelines can reduce structural transmission noise by 15-25 decibels.

4. Voltage resistance

① The multi-layer spherical structure is particularly suitable for withstanding internal pressure, with strong resistance to blasting force, good impact resistance, and no deformation under external pressure.

② The working pressure is divided into four levels: 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, and 2.5MPa.

5. Rubber joint reducibility

7. The use of polyester curtain fabric for the spherical skeleton material makes the comprehensive performance more reliable, and this process design is the first of its kind in China.

① Inner rubber layer: wear-resistant synthetic rubber (NBR+NR), which can enhance the resilience, compression permanent deformation, electrical properties, tear strength, water swelling resistance, wear resistance and other properties of rubber joints. The inner lining rubber tube layer extends to the outer end face of the rubber joint flange, and its performance is to prevent water leakage and erosion.

② Skeleton layer: wear-resistant synthetic rubber+chloroprene rubber+polyester curtain fabric; The skeleton material is selected with high strength, with a fracture strength of ≥ 190cN/tex, a fracture stress of ≥ 2.76GPa, an elastic modulus of ≥ 44N/tex, and a fracture elongation of ≥ 4% polyester cord fabric. The tight combination between the inner and outer layers and the skeleton layer is vulcanized into one, which solves the thermal expansion and overall adhesion strength and pressure resistance of the rubber joint, ensuring sufficient ability to withstand its vacuum degree and water hammer impact.

③ Outer rubber layer: wear-resistant synthetic rubber. The rubber material is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and aging resistant, with a tensile strength of ≥ 13MPa, a tensile elongation at break of ≥ 500%, a permanent deformation at break of ≤ 30%, a brittle temperature resistance of ≤ -30 ℃, and an adhesive strength of ≥ 2.0DN/m. Due to the exposure of the outer rubber layer of rubber joints to air, it is easily affected and damaged by external factors, which requires the outer rubber layer of the joint to have characteristics such as wear resistance, heat resistance, and ozone resistance. For these situations, we used wear-resistant rubber. Through a reasonable formula, wear-resistant rubber is mainly suitable for glass silica sand, mining particles, concrete pipelines, coal powder pipelines, etc., with a brittle temperature of -15 ℃~55 ℃.

④ Rubber joint matching flange: Special slotted flange. The rubber joint matching flanges manufactured by our company are made of steel from large national steel companies, with material Q235-A, and their chemical composition and mechanical properties comply with GB700-1998 standards. Strictly follow the ISO9001 quality system from raw material entry to final acceptance.

⑤ Supporting pull rod: Corresponding pull rod materials are matched according to the user's usage environment. The technical requirements for the pull rod are specified in GB8262-97, and its mechanical properties comply with the GB3098.1-82 standard.
