Characteristics of Guangshengde Energy saving and Lead free Wave Soldering Furnace Process Technology
1、 How is the tin slag generated in wave soldering? High temperature tin exposed to air will react with oxygen in the air, producing black powder tin slag. The tin in wave soldering causes a large amount of high-temperature tin to come into contact with air during wave rolling, making it easier to produce a large amount of tin slag. As shown in Figure 1, our Guangshengde wave soldering furnace nozzle can be adjusted according to the width of the PCB board you want to pass, reducing the area of ineffective soldering areas and keeping the contact area between solder and air to a minimum, greatly reducing the amount of solder oxidation. The oxidation amount of tin slag is within 0.8-2.0KG every 8 hours (depending on the size of the PCB board).

2、 Guangshengde has added an anti-oxidation sleeve to the wave source generator of the wave soldering motor to reduce black powder and tofu residue like oxides. The motor shaft of the tin furnace wave source generator on the market is in direct contact with tin, and when the shaft rotates at high speed, it will generate friction with tin, resulting in a large amount of tin ash and causing manufacturers to waste the cost of solder. Our Guangshengde tin furnace wave source generator motor shaft has developed a new technology called "anti-oxidation sleeve" to prevent the motor shaft from directly contacting solder, thus saving customers production costs.
