IITransparency meterOperation steps:

1Transfer the thoroughly mixed water sample to a transparent cylinder and fill it up.

2Observe vertically from the mouth of the pipe with your eyes, while turning on the switch at the lower outlet. Stop draining when you can just recognize the black cross shape at the bottom.

3Record the height of the water column（CM）.

4Repeat the above steps twice and take the average.

IIITransparency meterNotes:

1Water samples with a high concentration of suspended matter may sometimes experience sedimentation at the bottom of the transparency meter, which is a cause of error and should be noted.

2The lighting conditions should be as consistent as possible. The light source should be white light in principle, avoiding direct sunlight

3The difference in vision can cause deviation in the measured values, so it is necessary to choose a tester with normal vision and take the average of multiple or multiple measurements.
