The core component material adopts special composite heat exchange tubes, which highly enhance the heat transfer effect; Multiple simulation tests were conducted on the company's experimental platform under different operating conditions, combining Fushide gas boiler technology and combustion technology, achieving a high degree of coupling between the boiler body, combustion engine, and condensation heat exchange; The flue gas is horizontally flushed through the heat exchange tube bundle, and the unique boiler design utilizes the highest temperature effluent to exchange heat with the highest temperature flue gas, and the lowest temperature return water to exchange heat with the lowest temperature flue gas. Reverse flow heat exchange can achieve sufficient heat exchange temperature difference and good heat transfer efficiency. The integrated full film wall water tube three-stage condensing heat exchanger not only fully absorbs the heat of the flue gas, but also absorbs more latent and sensible heat in the flue gas, allowing more heat to be directly converted into thermal energy in the boiler, thereby greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
