Detailed Introduction
This machine is currently the ideal equipment for canning manufacturers to pasteurize fruit pulp foods. It has continuous sterilization, temperature self-control, and water circulation. During sterilization, each can and bottle body can be soaked in hot water, making sterilization more thorough. The production capacity can be manufactured according to customer requirements. The sterilization time is infinitely adjustable.
When the sealed cans enter the conveyor belt of this machine through the elevator, the cans change from horizontal to vertical. There is a proximity switch at the can inlet end of the sterilization host. When the speed matches, the cans dumped by the conveyor belt are transported one by one. When the first can at the beginning is sensed by the proximity switch, the electromagnetic traction iron will act. The traction iron pulls the push rod and pushes the whole row of cans onto the roller on the sterilization machine. The roller, driven by the main motor, transports the cans to the hot water tank that has been added for sterilization. There are multiple rows of steam heating pipes in the hot water tank, and two installed temperature probes to measure high and low temperatures respectively. When the water temperature is lower than the set sterilization temperature, the steam electromagnetic opens for heating; When the sterilization temperature exceeds the set value, the solenoid valve automatically closes. The water in the cooling tank must be cold water to cool the cans. Cooling water is usually circulated using tap water. If it is a flexible packaging, the conveyor can use a mesh belt, and other temperature control systems remain unchanged.
