Realize non-stop material replacement

The loading station consists of components such as a material stacking trolley, a transplanting suction cup manipulator, a positioning platform, and a frame.

The material stacking trolley is equipped with two parallel loading and unloading system frames in the direction perpendicular to the line body. It is driven by a motor and travels on guide rails located below the ground level by two working faces, which can achieve non-stop material replacement.

There are a total of 16 sets of suction cups, with one vacuum emitter for every 2 sets of suction cups, to meet the production needs of various platform enclosures for Party A. Each suction cup is equipped with a filtering device to prevent damage to the suction cup caused by unclean air source.

Adopting servo drive technology

The lifting and transplanting of the line body manipulator are driven by servo motors.

Material suction detection: Each set of robotic arms is equipped with an electronic material suction detection device to ensure that the robotic arms correctly grasp the sheet metal.
