Integrated Karl Fischer Coulomb moisture analyzer

The 917 Coulometer Elf Generation is an all-in-one Karl Fischer coulometric moisture analyzer developed by Swiss company Vantone for daily analysis. It has two modes: Karl Fischer Coulomb method for moisture determination and bromine valence bromine index determination.

She is compact in size, integrating an operation panel, magnetic stirrer, titration tank, and suction and discharge pump into one. The overall structure is small and flexible, saving you valuable laboratory space.

Not all samples can be directly injected, and it is recommended to use it in conjunction with a Karl Fischer furnace when the following conditions exist.

The sample cannot be completely dissolved (plastic particles, polyester chips, artificial bones, etc.)

• Side reactions occur between the sample and Karl Fischer reagent (lubricant additives, samples containing aldehydes and ketones, etc.)

• Slow release of sample moisture

Sample moisture can only be released at high temperatures

The sample will contaminate the titration cell (lubricating grease, etc.)

After being used in conjunction with a Karl Fischer oven, the moisture in the sample is heated and separated, transported to a titration cell via a dry carrier gas, and then measured for moisture in the titration cell.
