The opening and closing mold, moving mold system adopts a large beam arm, three-point position, and uses ball linear bearings, with high precision, low resistance, and fast speed.
The air needle blowing frame adopts a "hand-operated platform clamp" method, which is precise, convenient to adjust, and has good reliability.
At the same time, the diameter of the cooling water pipe has reached 14 millimeters, ensuring the cooling effect of the mold.
