A bimetallic thermometer combines two metals with different coefficients of linear expansion, with one end fixed. When the temperature changes, the thermal expansion of the two metals is different, which drives the pointer to deflect to indicate the temperature. This is called a bimetallic thermometer.
The temperature measurement range is -80~500C, which is suitable for temperature measurement in industries with low precision requirements. Bimetallic sheets, as a temperature sensing element, can also be used for automatic temperature control.
Working principle
A pointer is installed on the free end axis. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensing device rotates accordingly, driving the pointer on the thin shaft to produce an angle change, indicating the corresponding temperature on the dial.

① The accuracy level of the instrument can reach up to 1.0 level, and the material is made of anti-corrosion materials. Its temperature resistance can be as high as 500 ℃ and as low as -50 ℃.

③ The welding of the protective tube adopts fully automatic argon gas protective tube, with a firm weld and minimal intergranular corrosion.
④ The scale plate is an aluminum printing plate with a clear and aesthetically pleasing surface.
⑤ The pointer can be fine tuned. In addition, the length of the probe of the bimetallic thermometer can be customized according to customer needs. The thermometer has the characteristics of waterproof, corrosion-resistant, vibration resistant, intuitive, easy to read, mercury free, sturdy and durable in terms of design principles and structure.
