Applicable fuel

Natural gas, LNG (liquefied natural gas), CNG (compressed natural gas), light oil, natural gas/light oil dual-use, city gas, heavy oil, biogas, and other gaseous fuels;
It can also be designed based on the type of fuel provided by the customer.

Structural features and performance advantages

  • WNS boiler products adopt a horizontal three pass wet back waveform furnace structure. It mainly consists of a pot shell, furnace liner, turning smoke chamber, smoke pipe, etc.
  • Adopting a wet back and waveform furnace structure, the heating surface is symmetrically arranged. Effectively reducing the thermal stress of the boiler and improving its safe use and lifespan.
  • The use of high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipes has improved the heat transfer efficiency of the smoke pipes. Simultaneously possessing excellent thermal expansion and contraction performance, it can prevent deformation of the heated surface.
  • The steam boiler adopts a low-level arranged combustion chamber, which increases the safe range of boiler water level and provides a larger steam space, ensuring good steam quality.
  • The tail is equipped with a steel pipe fin type energy-saving device, which has high heat transfer efficiency. The exhaust temperature after the energy-saving device is ≤ 150 ℃, reducing fuel consumption.
  • The boiler adopts high-quality aluminum silicate encrypted insulation to reduce heat loss.
  • The heating surface of the boiler is adequately arranged, the boiler starts quickly, and the load increase time is short.
  • Leave inspection door holes for convenient maintenance.
  • Adopting an integral quick installation structure, the boiler has a compact structure, small footprint, and quick installation.
  • By using internationally renowned branded burners, the boiler achieves efficient combustion, saves fuel, reduces pollution, noise, and exhaust emissions.
  • The boiler adopts advanced electromechanical integrated fully automatic control technology. Remote human-computer interaction and data sharing can be realized through mobile Internet.
  • Utilizing comprehensive low nitrogen (NOx) control technologies, including flue gas recirculation (FGR), to achieve high combustion efficiency, low pollutant emissions, and ensure that NOx emissions meet the environmental emission requirements of the boiler usage site.
