Product Introduction

Working principle
This machine utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the movable and fixed toothed discs to crush the crushed material through a combination of disc impact, friction, and material to material impact. This machine has a simple and sturdy structure, operates smoothly, and has good crushing effect. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine. The particle size can be obtained by replacing different aperture mesh screens. This product is made of all stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing has been machined to achieve a smooth surface, which has changed the roughness and powder accumulation of the 30BIII type inner wall, making the production of drugs, food, chemicals, etc. meet the standards and meet GMP requirements.

The crusher series has a feeding hopper at the upper end, and a feeding adjustment insert plate on the outer side of the hopper below. According to the fragility and crushing fineness of the material, the adjustment insert plate should be adjusted to the appropriate position (feeding size) and locked. There is a discharge port below the machine. If the material is discharged with the wind and causes slight spraying, it should be bundled with a bag at the discharge port to allow the material to slowly overflow through the bag. There is an oil cup in the middle of the rear axle of the machine, and lubricating oil should be added regularly. Before the first startup, check that the limbs are stable and there is no electrical damage.
