The WAW-2000 microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, shear and other tests of metal and non-metal materials. This series of models adopts a bottom mounted oil cylinder, electrically adjustable test space, hydraulic automatic clamping fixture, and an adjustable four column main engine structure. It can be applied to the material testing and testing needs of highway bridges, building materials, metrology and quality inspection, scientific research and testing institutes, metallurgy and steel, universities, and other related industries.
Suitable for tensile testing of metal bars and plates, threaded steel tensile testing, tensile testing of high-strength and high hardness metal materials, and compression testing of metals and concrete. This testing machine can also achieve quasi dynamic testing functions such as low cycle testing.
The testing machine has a stable structure, smooth loading, accurate control, and convenient operation. The measurement and control system adopts AEC-1000 controller for testing machines, combined with modular TestLive computer testing software, to ensure the stable operation, accurate measurement, and reliable testing of the entire system.
The hydraulic system is equipped with a rapid descent device to improve testing efficiency.
This series of models complies with the requirements of GB/T 228-2002 Metallic Materials - Tensile Testing at Room Temperature and GB/T 7314-2005 Metallic Materials - Compression Testing at Room Temperature.
