Product Description:
The structure of this machine is a mechanically symmetrical upward regulating three roll plate rolling machine. The upper roll performs vertical lifting and lowering motion at the symmetrical center position of the two lower rolls, which is obtained through the transmission of a screw, a nut, and a worm. The two lower rolls perform rotational motion, and the output of the reducer meshes with the gear of the lower roll to provide torque for rolling the plate. The disadvantage of this machine is that the end of the board needs to be pre bent with the help of other equipment.
Note: KDE11-25 * 2500 and above large specifications use hydraulic dump head for unloading. Special specifications can be customized.
