1. Prevent surface scaling of pipelines and equipment

The liquid lime contained in the treated water crystallizes and forms a new "single crystal" rod-shaped shape. These crystals become smoother and no longer adhere to each other. Scale becomes a fine powder that can be washed away by water, and new sediments no longer form.

2. Gently clean the pipeline system

Vulcan water treatment alters the balance between scaling processes and natural decomposition processes. Nanocrystals no longer form deposits, thus reducing the accumulation of scale in the first process. The natural scale decomposition process now only requires the treatment of existing sediments and can effectively remove them. The added carbonic acid helps to remove existing scale deposits. Therefore, the removal rate of scale is faster than the formation rate. Gradually, the sediment in the pipeline will be cleared.

3.Rust removal and corrosion resistance

The effect produced by Vulcan pulse technology can generate a protective film of "metal carbonate layer". The composition of this film varies depending on the pipeline material and can be composed of copper carbonate, iron carbonate, or zinc carbonate. It can adhere to the glossy surface of all metals to protect the pipeline from corrosion.
