Machine tool characteristics
1. This machine tool is designed and manufactured using advanced cast iron and box shaped structure. After appropriate annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, the material is tough. In addition, the box shaped structure design and high rigidity body structure give the machine sufficient rigidity and strength. The whole machine exhibits the characteristics of heavy cutting resistance and high reproducibility accuracy.2. The base and spindle box are integrated box shaped structures, designed with thick and multi-layer reinforced walls, which can effectively suppress thermal deformation and withstand static and dynamic twisting and deformation stresses, ensuring high rigidity and stability of the bed height.
3. The column adopts a honeycomb symmetrical box structure, with thick wall reinforcement and internal stress eliminating circular hole reinforcement design, which can provide strong support for the slide table during heavy cutting, ensuring the high rigidity and high-precision display of the bed height.
4. High precision and high rigidity spindle head: This machine adopts FANUC high horsepower spindle servo motor (power 15kw/18.5kw).
5. SKF NSK series bearings are selected as the main shaft bearings, which provide super strong axial and radial loads, ensuring long-term heavy cutting, excellent accuracy, stability, low friction, good heat dissipation, and main shaft support rigidity.
6. X/Z axis: It adopts FANUC AC servo motor and large-diameter ball screw (precision C3 level, pre tension method, can eliminate thermal expansion and improve rigidity) for direct transmission, without accumulated errors of belt transmission, with precise repeatability and positioning accuracy. The supporting bearings use high-precision oblique ball bearings.
7. The X/Z axis adopts high rigidity and low friction coefficient ultra heavy linear sliding rails, which can achieve high-speed feed, reduce rail wear, and extend machine tool accuracy. This type of linear sliding rail has a low friction coefficient, high responsiveness, can demonstrate high machining accuracy requirements, and can also achieve high load cutting.
8. Lubrication system: The automatic pressure relief lubrication system of this machine collects oil supply, and uses an advanced intermittent oil supply system to provide timely and appropriate oil supply to each lubrication point in a timed, quantitative, constant pressure, and individual manner, ensuring that each lubrication position receives lubricating oil accurately, so that the machinery can operate for a long time without any worries.
9. Full face sheet metal: Under the strong requirements of environmental protection and operator safety, sheet metal design focuses on appearance beauty, environmental protection, and ergonomic compliance. Fully sealed sheet metal design, completely preventing cutting fluid and chips from splashing outside the machine tool, keeping the surroundings of the machine tool clean. And there is a design of flushing the bottom bed with cutting fluid on both sides of the machine tool, which minimizes the retention of cutting chips on the bottom bed as much as possible.
