Product Introduction
Organic heat carrier furnace is a new type of special boiler, also known as heat transfer oil furnace, with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics. Its heating temperature can reach 340 ℃ in liquid phase or 400 ℃ in vapor phase.
Organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production scenarios where uniform and stable heating is required and direct flame heating is not allowed, with heating temperatures ranging from 150 ℃ to 380 ℃.
Organic heat carrier furnaces generally use coal, oil, and steam as fuels, heat transfer oil as the medium, and use hot oil circulation oil pumps to force the medium to circulate in the liquid phase. The heat energy is transported to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. It has the ability to achieve high working temperature at low pressure and high-precision control of the medium operation.
The system has a high heat utilization rate and is easy to operate and maintain, making it an ideal preferred heating equipment that is safe, efficient, and energy-saving.
Performance advantages
1. Strong adaptability to different fuels
The combustion equipment and upper furnace body are designed separately, and the furnace structure can be designed separately according to the different properties of solid fuel;
2. Diversity of grate structure
This structure grate has two forms: fixed and movable. Depending on the nature of the fuel, manual or mechanical feeding can be used.
3. Large diameter combustion chamber
The boiler combustion chamber is composed of vertical large-diameter circular tubes, with coil structures in series or parallel, providing ample space for fuel combustion, complete combustion, and high thermal efficiency.
4. Best coil design
The spiral coils inside and outside the furnace are made of multi head and small-diameter steel pipes, which have good thermal expansion performance, low stress, and are safe and reliable.
5. Best Process Design
The flue gas passes through three loops, with the medium flowing through the inner and outer coils at a uniform velocity, ensuring safe and stable operation.
6. Adequate output, reasonable layout of heating surface, large area, good heat transfer effect, high efficiency, stable and sufficient output.
7. Automatic control measures are improved to ensure precise control of oil outlet temperature, and multiple control protections are set for medium temperature, pressure, and over smoke temperature to ensure safe and reliable operation.
8. The automatic control level is leading. The boiler controller adopts Siemens/Delixi electrical components, which have reliable performance.
